I didn't even take a picture of mine because I wanted to dig right in. Sorry.

A new crafty item & our little announcement....

I made this with thin wooden letters & covered them with scrapbook paper & other embellishments. :) Um, and yeah...we decided on a name.



Here was the Pinterest inspiration. I am kind of partial to mine, but this is where the idea came from:

First CREATE project for the nursery

I need stuff for the walls of this baby's room...except for the checkerboard wall, it's pretty boring. I searched everything..etsy, amazon, etc. I found this very adorable thing & loved it, but christ, look at the price! Clicky

Sooo....I thought to myself, I can MAKE that! Now, I certainly can not whittle wood, so I didn't even consider that. But, I can cut me some paper. :) So I did. I used a plain 'ol exacto knife (I practiced once) and cut out the exact same thing. :) Then I backed it with some polka dot paper. Now all I need is a frame! Yay for cheap stuff! :)

It was a recipe, but so what? :) I will go create stuff later.

I have already run out of milk because they are so good & I keep eating them. The best part about them is that you don't have to turn the oven on. Simply fabulous.
